We proudly stand by each Game/Accessory/Console we sell! In fact, all used items for sale at TheGameisland.com have been thoroughly inspected, cleaned and reconditioned! Our goal is to provide quality classic gaming to you, without the classic hassles!
Every item we sell is backed by our 90-day "Worry Free" warranty! Should you encounter a problem using any game, accessory, or console purchased at our website - they may be returned in their original condition for replacement exchange or store credit. If you need to initiate a return please email us at Sales@thegameisland.com - All returns must be pre-approved.
Due to the nature of the items we carry, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns for money back.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel/disturb the process of order fulfillment. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exchanges
Defective items will be exchanged for the same item If available, or towards store credit which may be used for any item available on our website.
